The Spirited 7000 combines day tripping with overnight stays. The open cockpit is well covered with a large hardtop extending to the very back of the cockpit area, and with canvas drop-down side covers, the cockpit is protected enough for a couple of sleeping berths along with a small galley, drawer fridge and storage below the seats. The helm station is to Starboard at the front of the cockpit with good visibilty through the toughened glass windscreen. There is further accomodation forward of the cockpit, to Port is a private double cabin, and through another doorway into the Starboard hull is a toilet and shower. Both areas have full standing headroom and a generous amount of space. The black recessed moulded-in hull stripe cleverly houses tinted windows which offer views from both the front double cabin and the head. As per the Spirited 230 design, the middle panel of the windscreen is fitted with an opening window providing access out onto the foredeck. The engines are uniquely fitted below a couple of engine hatches forward of the full width swim platform across the back. Designed to be built using Duflex foam, this design is light weight and powered with twin 60hp outboard engines. This design is supplied as a kit package and is mostly flat panel construction making it it relatively quick and easy to build.
